CITYWEST DIGITAL CABLE LAUNCHES MULTI-LINGUAL CHANNELS.

Prince Rupert, BC. CityWest Cable and Telephone Corp., the largest television provider in the northwest, today announced the addition of Omni 1 and Omni 2 two multi-cultural channels to it’s Digital Picks line-up. Omni 1 is a multi-lingual channel that is predominantly European featuring programs in Portuguese, Italian, Ukranian, Polish, Greek, German, Slovakian and Russian. Omni 2 is a multi-lingual channel that is predominantly Asian featuring programs in South-Asian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Tamil, and Punjubi.

Omni 1 and 2 are on channels 215 and 216 and are sold together as a Digital Pick for just 50¢ per month.
