for home phone service.

CityWest is currently performing technical upgrades in Terrace in order to provide CityWest Home Phone service over the cable lines. 

Residential Monthly Rates

* CityWest pricing will be $24.95 per month for customers who have at least one other CityWest service ie Internet and/or TV Service. Pricing for customers who have only CityWest Home Phone and no other services will be $34.95 per month.

Other Calling Features

$4 each or you can receive ALL other calling features for $10.

Long Distance

5 cents per minute in North America, or $25 unlimited long distance in North America. We have discounted International rates.

With CityWest Home Phone:

• You keep your existing phone number, and use your existing phones and jacks in your house. 
• This is not an Internet phone service.  CityWest Home Phone is just like the wireline telephone service provided by your other local provider, only less expensive.
• Your calls never go over the Internet with regular Internet traffic, you can still be listed in the phone book, and you still have full 911 and 411 support.
• You do not need a computer, Internet service, or digital cable to get Home Phone service from CityWest.
• Plus you’ll get great customer service, from our locally-based call centre, with free in-home service calls if required. 

Would you like to be a test customer?

We’re looking for a few (hundred) test customers who would like to be the first to try CityWest Home Phone for three-months free.  The only catch is, you have to tell us what you think of the service along the way.
